Accommodation was great value for money, with a clean and spacious room including a small refrigerator. The location was perfect, being very close to the underground, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff at the hotel were great, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. the rooms were comfortable and the hot water supply was consistent.

One of the main drawbacks was the presence of long-term guests in the shared rooms. We had a negative experience interacting with one of them, as they seemed to assert dominance over the room and made it uncomfortable for other guests.

my recent stay in london was amazing. the staff at the accommodation were so friendly and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the underground. the female dorm was clean and comfortable, and i met some great people during my stay. the room was spacious and had a small refrigerator, and there were plenty of showers and bathrooms available.

One thing that bothered me was the long-term guests in the dorm. one woman in particular was very disruptive and possessive of the room, making it uncomfortable for the rest of us.

We visited popular spots like the Tower of London and Buckingham Palace, making our trip truly memorable. The convenience of the shuttle service allowed us to easily navigate the city and enjoy quality family time together.

My children wanted more family-friendly activities at the hotel.

Long queues for selfies with Madame Tussauds wax figures. So annoying.

A good location, with a big kitchen and a nice garden to enjoy. We had a comfortable private room with a small refrigerator, which was quite clean and spacious. The bed and restroom areas were also clean. Despite some challenges with disorganized kitchen and a difficult resident in our dorm, we made the most of our stay. I would recommend this accommodation.
